Merch that stays in a drawer does not pay off. Here is what, from our work with tech companies, really gets used — and how to order it.

Одяг, який обирають саміClothing people choose themselves

Основа tech-сетапу — худі оверсайз чи світшот і футболка щільної бавовни. Їх носять, коли річ зручна й не виглядає як рекламний носій. Тому дизайн краще обговорити з командою: кольори, крій, що саме буде на речі. Буває, що замість логотипа на худі — внутрішній жарт команди, і саме таке худі носять найдовше.The core of a tech setup is an oversized hoodie or a sweatshirt and a heavyweight cotton T-shirt. People wear them when the item is comfortable and does not look like an ad. So it is worth discussing the design with the team: colours, cut, what exactly goes on the item. Sometimes an inside joke of the team replaces the logo — and that is the hoodie people wear the longest.

Для Appflame ми зробили блокноти зі шкірзаму з тисненням: приємні на дотик і без відбитків пальців. На річницю роботи в компанії добре працює рюкзак для ноутбука — з відділенням під 14–17 дюймів.A laptop sticker pack, a travel mug, a power bank, a notebook — everything that sits on the desk or travels in the backpack every day. For Appflame we made faux-leather notebooks with embossing: pleasant to the touch and fingerprint-free. For a work anniversary, a laptop backpack with a 14–17 inch compartment works well.

Брендування «не в лоб»Subtle branding

Маленька вишивка на грудях, принт тон-у-тон, лого на рукаві — делікатне брендування в IT заходить краще за великий принт на всю спину. Добирати техніку під річ допомагаємо на етапі макета: їх у нас 15.A small chest embroidery, a tone-on-tone print, a logo on the sleeve — in IT, subtle branding works better than a big print across the back. We help pick the technique for each item at the artwork stage: we have 15 of them.

Онбординг і повторні тиражіOnboarding and repeat runs

Новачкам — велком-бокс, у тому числі віддаленим: розсилаємо по Україні та світу, кожному напряму, з трекінгом. Макети й специфікації зберігаємо, тож коли прийдуть ще 5–10 людей, дозамовлення робимо без повторної підготовки — одним повідомленням.For new hires — a welcome box, remote ones included: we ship across Ukraine and worldwide, directly to each person, with tracking.
